In your spare time, if you want to make something sweet to eat, the simplest one is chiffon cake, add some sour plums, it is a delicious snack!

Separate egg whites and yolks.

Add half the sugar, corn oil, and milk to the egg yolks, and stir.

Sift in flour and cornstarch.

Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar, then add the remaining half of the sugar.

Mix evenly in three batches.

Pour into molds and sprinkle with cranberries and raisins.

Bake it in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes (I couldn't help but pick a piece to taste😜).
