Onion Beef Patties
Overview
Onions and beef are a pair of ingredients that go very well together. They taste delicious no matter how you cook them. I used onions and beef to make a few beef patties, which are delicious as they are. They are also delicious with mini burgers. My little one is very happy to eat the meat patties cooked with steamed buns. The cooking utensils are a Thousand Layer frying pan from Xuechu, which is used for frying over medium-low heat. This frying pan is non-stick, so the meatloaf will not stick to the pan or get scorched. However, the frying pan cannot be used to fry the meatloaf over high heat, and this meatloaf does not need to be fried over high heat, so it is very worry-free to use it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the onion crosswise and remove the large outer rings for later use. The rest can be chopped and added to the meat filling
-
Both beef and pork are minced
-
Put the minced meat filling into a basin, add salt, five-spice powder, pepper, rice wine, and light soy sauce, and stir until smooth
-
Stir the beef filling aside and chop about 70 grams of onion. Mix evenly with sesame oil first, which can lock in the moisture of the onion
-
Then mix the onions and meat filling evenly
-
Sprinkle a layer of dry starch inside the onion rings to help the meat filling stick together
-
Stuff the prepared meat filling into the onion rings and compact
-
Use Xuechu's thousand-layer frying pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, add the meat patties and fry for about 2-3 minutes on one side
-
After one side is set, flip and fry the other side for about 2-3 minutes.
-
After cooking, put it on a plate and enjoy. My little baby enjoys eating it with steamed buns
