Overview

  1. Remove the yellow leaves from the Brussels sprouts, wash them, and cut them in half.

  2. Slice the bacon into the pot and turn on medium heat.

  3. Stir out the oil, remove from the pan, leave the oil, turn on high heat, add ginger, dried onions, garlic and chili pepper to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Pour in the Brussels sprouts, stir-fry for a while, add 2 tablespoons of clear water, and cover with a lid for a while.

  5. Open the lid of the pot, cook 1/3 tsp of salt, 1/3 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of white wine. Add the bacon and mix well.
