Double Mushroom and Chive Dumplings
Overview
Eating dumplings at the beginning of winter is a northern custom. The double mushroom stuffing made with shiitake mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms has richer nutritional value than other stuffings. Plus the low-calorie leeks are tender and juicy. Eating more shiitake mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii can improve human immunity, delay aging, and reduce the three highs.
