Cantonese people like to eat rice noodles just like northerners like to eat noodles. Almost every household makes different kinds of rice noodles. The main ingredients of fried rice noodles, boiled rice noodles, steamed rice noodles, and Hengli soup rice noodles are also rice noodles~~~The fried rice noodles with sand tea sauce that I made today is a delicacy that can be found in many Hong Kong-style tea restaurants.
