Homemade lunch meat
Overview
My baby ate luncheon meat outside. Seeing that he was happy with it, I made him a portion myself. After all, it is more secure to feed your baby something you cook yourself.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pork shank and chicken breast.
-
Puree.
-
Chop the ginger and extract the juice.
-
Add all the seasonings and ginger juice to the meat and stir evenly in a small direction.
-
Add a little red yeast powder to adjust the color.
-
Add water to dry starch and mix to form water starch.
-
Pour the water starch into the stirred meat paste and continue to stir evenly.
-
Put it into a container to knock out any bubbles.
-
Cover the boiling water with a plate to prevent water from entering, and steam for 40 minutes. You can also cover the holes with plastic wrap, but I don't like using plastic wrap.
-
Steam and let cool.
-
Let cool, slice and eat. Can also be paired with other ingredients.
