When I was studying in Zhejiang, there was a small stir-fry shop in the food street behind the university. Egg yolk pumpkin was a must-order dish every time I went to the shop. Just do whatever you want!

Crack three raw salted eggs and take the yolks for later use!

Put the pumpkin cut into strips into the steamer together with the egg yolk. Steam separately for 13-15 minutes. Then, mash the egg yolks!
