Stir-fried Mushrooms
Overview
This is the first time I have done this with mushrooms. It has a different flavor and a bit of barbecue flavor. It feels pretty good

Blanch the mushrooms, squeeze them dry and set aside

Prepare auxiliary ingredients, shredded pork, green pepper, red pepper shreds, chopped green onion

Heat oil in a pot

Add in the shredded pork and fry until it changes color

Then add chopped green onion and red pepper shreds and sauté until fragrant. Add a little light soy sauce

Then add mushrooms and peppers

Stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes, add salt and five-spice powder

When it's time to take it out of the pan, add cumin and sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat
