Stir-fried minced pork with green beans
Overview
Stir-fried pork with beans has always been a very delicious dish in my eyes. Scoop a few spoonfuls of beans and stir-fry the minced meat, mix it with rice and eat. In the hot summer, you can still eat a big bowl of rice even if you have no appetite.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: green beans, pork, green peppers, garlic, and ginger.
-
Cut garlic into small slices and cut ginger into shreds. 2. Cut the green pepper into small tubes. 3. Just wash the green beans and it’s ready. 4. Cut the pork into minced meat or small dices.
-
Seasonings: soy sauce, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooked oil chili pepper (oil chili pepper). If you don’t have this, you don’t need to add it.
-
Pour oil into the pot, because pork is fatter (by the way, fry a few fatter pieces of pork in oil).
-
After the oil is heated, add minced meat (diced meat).
-
Add oil chili (cooked oil chili). If you don’t have it at home, you can just skip this step.
-
Then add garlic, a little soy sauce, and vinegar and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add beans and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Finally add green pepper and ginger. Salt, MSG. Stir well and serve.
