Stewed blood tofu with garlic cabbage
Overview
My mother wanted pig blood and bought a piece. Because my mother has a poor heart and kidney function, she needs a low-fat and low-salt diet. Pig blood itself is salty, so I didn’t add any salt at all. Healthy people cannot adopt my approach.

Cut the cabbage heart into thin strips.

Pig blood slices.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the cabbage.

Stir-fry the cabbage until soft, add water and pig blood.

Cover the pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Garlic yellow.

Take a small amount and wash it thoroughly.

Boil the cabbage and pig blood soup until it simmers quickly and turn off the heat.

Add the yellow garlic and mix well until the garlic aroma is released.
