Eat more green leafy vegetables in spring. The spinach wontons I made today are a private delicacy. They are suitable for the elderly and children and are easy to digest. Spinach can increase gastrointestinal motility and relieve constipation.

  1. Prepare ingredients, wash spinach, cut into sections and blanch. Set aside.

  5. If the wonton wrapper is difficult to adhere, you can easily stick it by applying some water to the wrapper with your hands

  6. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add wontons, boil for a minute or two until the wontons float on the water and they are done.

  7. Take out the wontons and put them into the prepared stock or chicken soup. You can also use boiling water with light soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper instead.

  8. Remove the wontons and add shredded egg pancakes and seaweed. You can also add shredded mustard.
