Material; if you can choose, it is best to choose beef tenderloin~

Cut the beef into shreds about 8 cm long; cut the ginger into shreds;

Remove tendons from celery and cut into sections;

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded beef and stir-fry until shredded, then add shredded ginger and continue to stir-fry;

When the beef is almost dry and turns dark red, add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant;

When the shredded pork is stir-fried, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and celery and stir-fry until cooked; if you feel it's not flavorful enough, you can add some salt. I prefer a lighter taste~

Finally sprinkle with pepper powder.
