Crab Meat and Fish Sausage Pizza
Overview
I received a large package of crab meat and fish intestines. When I opened it, it tasted surprisingly delicious, tender and tender with a hint of chewiness. The more you eat, the more delicious it becomes. While eating, I was reminded of pizza, so I made a pizza using crabmeat and fish sausage with black olives and rosemary. It was delicious

Add salt, sugar and olive oil to the flour and mix evenly. Add yeast to the water and mix evenly. Pour into the flour while stirring and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover and ferment until it doubles in size

Take out the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

Prepare all fillings

Slice the black olives and crab intestines

Roll the dough into a round shape and put it into a pizza pan. Poke numerous small holes with a fork

Add pizza sauce (preheat the oven to 190 degrees)

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes before taking it out

Add half of the mozzarella cheese

Then add the intestine slices and black olive slices

Add the rosemary on top and then add the other half of the mozzarella cheese

Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes
