Tomato Beef Stew

Tomato Beef Stew

Overview

[Tomato Beef Stew] Crispy, fragrant and soft, eat big chunks of meat. I have to go back to the days when there was no pork. I went to buy hundreds of dollars worth of beef in the morning. The rich people bought it and the food was rich too. Today I cooked a pot of beef in a big pot and it was really delicious. By the way, this much beef is not for me to eat alone. It is cooked and given to my sister. Cooking is very interesting. Using the same ingredients, if you change it slightly, the feeling will be different. Today I used fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce. The cooked meat is very fragrant. Different from the tomato sauce dishes I made before, it is not sour, slightly sweet, salty, fragrant and glutinous. You know, when the beef is cooked to this level, it is really delicious. Served alone, it’s a table-crushing dish, and paired with noodles, it’s excellent beef noodles.

  11. Add the amount of water you want (you can have more or less water for this dish. If you want soup, add a little more water. If you don’t want soup, add less water. Add water according to your needs and the condition of the pot). Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
