Preparation: half a duck.

Cut into pieces, add cooking wine and blanch.

Rinse and drain.

Prepare more turmeric.

Rice wine.

Heat sesame oil in pan.

Add the ginger slices and stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Sauté until the turmeric is caramelized and fragrant.

Add duck meat and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry the excess water so that the duck meat will not be fishy.

Then add a bowl of rice wine.

Continue to stir-fry for about five minutes.

Add soy sauce and a little salt.

Tablets of sugar.

Stir well, then cover and simmer over low heat for 35 minutes. Open the lid and stir once in the middle (to your preferred softness level).
