  1. Home-grown cabbage.

  2. Fresh cabbage, set aside.

  3. Wash and tear the cabbage into slices.

  4. Cut onions and peppers into small pieces and mince garlic.

  5. Wash the pork belly, boil in cold water until tender, remove and let cool naturally, then cut into thin slices, as shown in the picture.

  6. Heat a pot and add a little oil, add pork belly and stir-fry until oil comes out, add a little salt and dark soy sauce to season and color, then add onions, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant, continue to add cabbage, stir-fry a few times quickly.
