Steamed tofu with chopped pepper and black bean sauce

Tofu and chopped peppers are my favorite dishes. Today I made a steamed dish using lactone tofu and chopped peppers. It tastes really great and is very simple and convenient. Anyone who likes tofu and peppers can give it a try

Ingredients: One box of lactone tofu, one red pepper, 15 ml steamed fish soy sauce, 10 ml oil, Pixian bean paste

Get the tofu package first

Put it upside down in a plate, use scissors to cut the two sides of the box, blow air into it, and the tofu will come out of the package

Cut tofu into 1cm pieces

Place on the steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes

Wash the red pepper

Cut into small pieces and set aside

Add Pixian bean paste

Pour 15ml of steamed fish soy sauce

When pouring in the oil, I used olive oil

Mix well

After the tofu is on high heat for 8 minutes, drain the water from the tofu, put it into the pot, add the stirred sauce, add chopped red pepper, and steam for 5 minutes

Put it into a plate and garnish with coriander
