Boil water in a pot and stir-fry off the blood foam.

Drain in cold water.

Have ingredients ready.

Put oil in the pot, add two tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry over low heat until it changes color.

Add the chicken, garlic, ginger and millet and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for one minute, add delicious fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Then add cold water to the pot and simmer over high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, pour the mushrooms in and reduce the juice over high heat.

When the sauce thickens, add the green pepper and simmer for one minute before serving.
