Heat oil and enlarge the material flap. Clean the fish, dip it in dry flour, and fry the fish in a pan.

Fry the fish until both sides are slightly brown, set aside.

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in oil.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
