-
Place 60g of sifted glutinous rice flour into a clean, oil-free and water-free microwave-safe large bowl
-
Add 60g strawberries, crush the strawberries with your fingertips and mix evenly with the glutinous rice flour
-
Add 60ML cold water in 3 times, scrape the bottom with a rubber spatula each time and stir until there are no particles before adding the next time
-
Add 90g of fine sugar at one time and stir evenly with a spatula
-
Cover the surface of a large bowl with plastic wrap, poke a few holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick, put it in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out while wearing heat-resistant gloves, and stir evenly with a spatula
-
Cover the surface of the large bowl with plastic wrap again and poke holes in it. Place it in the microwave and cook 3 portions for 30 seconds. Wear insulation gloves every 1 minute and 10 seconds to take it out and stir it with a spatula before continuing to heat
-
After heating, take it out and stir it again, then use a spatula to transfer the entire mochi dough to oil paper sifted with corn starch
-
Sieve cornstarch evenly on the surface of the dough and shape it into a uniform rectangle after it is not hot to the touch
-
Put it into a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then take it out and cut it into pieces. Use a brush to brush off the excess cornstarch
