Overview
There were a lot of pumpkins left at home, and I was afraid they would spoil, so I made pumpkin cakes and pumpkin rice. They are all delicious, fragrant and sweet, and paired with a little lighter soup, which is very delicious. This one was taught to me by my mother. I had nothing to do at home during the summer vacation and found something to kill all day long. It is a very simple pumpkin rice. I could make it when I was just about to enter high school. However, this time there was more water in the rice when cooking, which made it not look good when served. But it’s still delicious! ! !
