Healthy cabbage rolls
Overview
Today I will introduce a completely vegetarian dish for the New Year’s Day fast. Cabbage rolls can be rolled with a variety of vegetables, which is very healthy! There is plenty of fish and meat every day, so it would be nice to order some vegetarian dishes to maintain a balanced diet.

Soak the fungus and shiitake mushrooms in advance, cut the carrots and parsley into cubes and set aside,
