Prepare fillings

Fry the eggs and green onions into dices, cut the vegetables into dices and set aside

Mix all the fillings evenly, then add a little sesame oil and salt to taste

Use baking powder and flour fertilizer to form a dough 4 hours in advance and let it rise.

Steamed purple sweet potato

Take a piece of purple sweet potato and add appropriate amount of flour to make purple sweet potato noodles

This is the cooked purple sweet potato dough. Cover it with a damp cloth to let it rest

First wrap the stuffing with fermented dough and shape it into a cylinder, then roll out the purple potato flour into a round crust

Wrap the dough-wrapped buns with purple sweet potato skins and preliminarily shape them into corn shapes

Use two cabbage leaves to make corn leaves and place them under the purple sweet potato corn. Then use a bone needle to press vertically and horizontally to carve out the corn kernel shape. Just steam it in cold water for 30 minutes.
