Prepare fresh taro and wash it. When washing, put a little less salt on your hands to make it easier to wash.

Cut it into hob pieces.

Put oil in the pot, put the taro into the pot with cold oil.

Fry it over medium heat until the skin is slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot and add minced onion, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant.

Bring water to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes

Remove the juice over high heat. This taro must be roasted until soft inside to make it delicious.
