Steps
-
Add the pork stuffing to the cooking wine and marinate for half an hour to remove the fishy smell
-
Cut the carrot into shreds and then into cubes, and chop the onion and ginger separately.
-
Take the egg whites of two eggs and put them into the pork filling. Add the ingredients in the second step to the pork filling. Add salt, vegetable oil and sesame oil and mix well.
-
Stir clockwise until the filling is thickened.
-
Beat the other two eggs with the two egg yolks left before and mix well, add starch and mix well without any particles. Starch is best sieved.
-
Put a small amount of oil in the pan. In order to fry thin egg cakes, it is best to heat the pan first, rub it with ginger, and then brush it with some oil. Mine is not a pan. There is some oil on the bottom of the pan, but not much.
-
Heat the oil slightly, bake over low heat while pouring in the egg liquid, so that it becomes thin.
-
After frying, let cool slightly and spread the mixed fillings.
-
Roll it up like sushi.
-
Bring the water in the steamer to a boil, steam for twenty minutes, let cool and cut into pieces.
