Have all materials ready. Butter softened.

Mix all ingredients except butter.

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.

Knead the dough. When kneading out the gluten, add softened butter. Continue kneading until the dough reaches the expansion stage where you can stretch out the film.

Place the kneaded dough into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to ferment for 1 hour. The dough needs to ferment until it doubles in size.

Press the fermented dough with your hands to release the air inside, then divide it into 8 small balls. Let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

After the dumplings have risen, use a rolling pin to roll them into an oval shape, then roll them out again, rolling in the wide side. After everything is done, ferment at room temperature of 35 degrees. If the oven has a fermentation function, put it in the oven for fermentation. Approximate time 40 minutes.

Use a small brush to apply egg wash on the rolls.

Bake the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
