  1. Chop green onions and minced garlic and set aside.

  3. Cut the washed mushrooms into thin and even slices.

  4. Blanch the mushroom slices, drain, and set aside.

  5. Cut the cabbage into evenly sized pieces and break them up with your hands.

  6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

  7. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft and bright yellow-green in color.

  9. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
