Chop green onions and minced garlic and set aside.

Clean the mushrooms.

Cut the washed mushrooms into thin and even slices.

Blanch the mushroom slices, drain, and set aside.

Cut the cabbage into evenly sized pieces and break them up with your hands.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft and bright yellow-green in color.

Add the blanched mushrooms.

Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add thirteen spices and a little salt, stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
