Osmanthus, red dates and pumpkin soup
Overview
In late autumn, my mother-in-law gave me a big pumpkin. I put it on the balcony to bask in the sun and night dew. During the Spring Festival, I used this pumpkin and red dates to stew soup, which was very delicious.

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, wash and cut into large pieces,

Fill the electric stew pot with water to the level before placing the pot,

Put in the big inner pot,

Pour water into the water reservoir on the edge of the inner pot.

Gently turn the lid of the inner pot to evenly distribute the water in the sink. Cover the electric stew pot, plug in the power, press the slow cook button, and simmer for 3 hours.

When the time is up, add some rock sugar to taste,
