Overview

In late autumn, my mother-in-law gave me a big pumpkin. I put it on the balcony to bask in the sun and night dew. During the Spring Festival, I used this pumpkin and red dates to stew soup, which was very delicious.

  8. Gently turn the lid of the inner pot to evenly distribute the water in the sink. Cover the electric stew pot, plug in the power, press the slow cook button, and simmer for 3 hours.
