Grate the white radish into shreds, cut the green onion and ginger into shreds, wash the shrimp skin and drain off the water and 2 eggs.

Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and fry until cooked.

Put oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until soft.
