Wash the squid and set aside

Cut the washed squid into pieces

Pour the squid pieces into boiling water and set aside

Take the squid out and put it in cold water and set aside

Empty and dry water for later use

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Cut onions and green and red peppers and set aside

Add black pepper, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, starch, and a little water to the sauce, stir well and set aside

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic

Add onion, green and red pepper and stir-fry
-
Add the squid pieces and continue to stir-fry over high heat

Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry until the juice is reduced, then add a little chicken essence and drizzle with sesame oil and serve
