Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare pea starch in a bowl and a paper cup.
-
First put a cup of pea starch in the bowl.
-
Put a glass of water.
-
Stir the starch water evenly and set aside.
-
Put five cups of water in the pot and bring to a boil.
-
Pour the starch water into the pot and stir constantly while pouring.
-
Stir constantly.
-
When it becomes transparent and has big bubbles, turn off the heat and pour it into a container.
-
I use a non-stick baking pan. (If not, just test the oil in a glass or ceramic vessel, and then pour the paste)
-
After cooling, store it in the refrigerator. After cooling, it will have solidified, but it tastes better if it is refrigerated. 😊
-
Take out the solidified jelly, find a toothpick, and pick a gap along the edge.
-
Turn upside down on the chopping board.
-
Cut into long strips.
-
Cut the cucumber into shreds, add some minced garlic, and other seasonings.
-
Find a stainless steel spoon, add oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili peppers, and fry until fragrant.
-
Pour it on top, stir well and then eat^ω^.
