Apple, Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Steamed Cake
Overview
I originally planned to make it a little bit, but I ended up preparing too many ingredients. In the end, I used up all the flour at home. It took me a long time to finish it. I will make less next time. In addition, today is New Year’s Day 2020. I wish everyone a happy new year, good luck, prosperity and longevity!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a piece of pumpkin, two apples, and a sweet potato. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and peel the sweet potatoes.
-
Peel and core the apples.
-
All ingredients are steamed in the pot.
-
Press steamed ingredients into puree. The pumpkin this time was so sweet. The steamed pumpkin juice was sweeter than the one with sugar, so the baby drank it directly.
-
Add flour and rice flour. I added less at first and it was very sticky. Then I kept adding flour. Or it’s because of the relatively high water content.
-
Knead the flour evenly and let it sit.
-
Knead into strips and cut into small portions.
-
Brush the mold with a layer of oil or dip it in some flour, and press the small amount into the mold.
-
Brush a layer of oil on the plate first, then knock the cake out and let it rest for a while.
-
This is the middle circle with a little apple pressed on it, so it's two-color.

Just steam it in the pot and it's ready.
