Wash two white radishes.

Cut the white radish into cubes.

Boil the white radish under hot water for two minutes to remove the smell.

Pour the blanched radish in cold water and set aside.

Cut beef (fat and lean) into cubes.

Pour cold water into the wok and add onion, ginger and cooking wine.

Place the chopped beef in cold water.

Cook until the blood foam is leached out and the beef turns white, then skim off the blood foam.

Remove the beef and set aside.

Prepare seasonings: onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and star anise.

Heat oil in a wok, add prepared seasonings and fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir-fry.

Then add cooking wine to remove the fishy raw soy sauce and add freshness and color to the dark soy sauce.

Add boiling water to cover the ingredients (add water wider to avoid stewing the beef longer).

Simmer the beef for 15 minutes, then add the daikon.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Take another pressure cooker and pour the ingredients into the pot.

Add valve pressure for half an hour, turn off the heat, and simmer for a while until the pressure cooker is degassed.
