Wash and trim the flower crabs

Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, red peppers, celery, coriander, and green onions into granules and strips

First boil the carrots in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then remove and set aside

Pour peanut oil into a wok and heat it, then add diced potatoes and carrots, fry until golden brown, remove and set aside

Heat the oil again, add flower crabs and fry until golden brown
