Chicken feet with spicy sauce
Overview
I like to nibble on some chicken feet for morning and evening tea with friends. There seems to be packaged ready-to-eat chicken feet among the snacks. In fact, I personally don’t buy snacks very much. I feel uneasy about hygiene and convenience. Occasionally when I want to eat, I will make something simple and easy to operate at home. Sauce a few chicken feet and you can have a delicious meal.

Prepare materials

Clean the chicken feet, cut off the nails, blanch them in boiling water, and take them out

Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, and wash star anise and tangerine peel

Heat some oil in the pot, add ginger and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears
