Black Tea Raisin Soft European
Overview
Compared with French baguettes, soft European bread has a delicate texture and rich materials, and is a high-component European bread. I added black tea, brown sugar and raisins for a richer taste. The ancients said that eating tea means drinking tea. In fact, the nutrients of tea include water-soluble and fat-soluble parts. The latter is insoluble in water and will always remain in the tea no matter how many times you drink it. Therefore, only drinking tea can better absorb the nutrients of tea. Black tea is good for the stomach and is more suitable for patients with cold body, poor gastrointestinal condition, and cardiovascular disease.
