First boil the mugwort with water, then remove it and rinse it slightly. Add about 350ml of water to the mugwort, add brown sugar and simmer until the brown sugar melts. Test the sweetness (just make it sweeter than ordinary sweet soup, because the sweetness will be moderate after adding glutinous rice flour)

The filling inside is peanuts and white sugar. The peanuts are fried in a pot, stripped, crushed, and an appropriate amount of white sugar is added, and set aside.

Add the newly boiled mugwort brown sugar water to the glutinous rice flour and knead into a smooth dough
