Overview

The work has been so tight for most of the year that I have no time (bu) to cook. A few days ago, my colleague gave me some edamame, so I just made it as a cold dish and almost never touched my hands :p

Steps

  1. Boil water over medium; after the water boils, add 1 large soup salt, and then add washed edamame (with pods). Bring to the boil again and cook for about 15 minutes until the edamame is fully cooked.

  2. While the edamame is cooking, prepare the minced garlic. Take out the cooked edamame, rinse in supercooled boiling water, and drain.

  3. Put the edamame into a food-grade plastic bag and add appropriate amount of sesame oil.

  4. Then add the prepared minced garlic and black pepper.

  5. After closing the plastic bag, shake the edamame until the seasoning is even.

  6. Pour onto a plate and serve.
