Spiced grilled pomfret
Overview
I bought a big pomfret, but when I came back, I found that the 30cm pot couldn't fit it, so I decided to bake it temporarily. But what to make tastes good? The only seasonings at home are five-spice powder and cumin powder. Well, let's have a five-spice grilled fish~ Since it is a five-spice grilled fish, it already uses five-spice powder as the main seasoning. I just improvised and added the rest. I didn't expect that the taste is not bad~~

Cut the ginger into shreds and tie the green onions into knots and set aside

Wash the pomfret, remove the internal organs and cut a knife on the back

Apply five-spice powder, star anise powder, cumin powder, pepper, light soy sauce, salt and sugar to the surface of the fish and marinate for a while
