Purple sweet potato and pumpkin porridge
Overview
My mother grew large pumpkins and had some leftover purple potatoes from making purple potato balls. When I saw the two colors were very beautiful, I wanted to make some porridge for my son to eat. Unexpectedly, it was quite sweet. Normally, my son would eat porridge with fish or meat, but this time he had a big bowl without any porridge.
