  1. Prepare half of the cabbage, 3 dried chili peppers, and 3 garlic cloves. Tear the cabbage into pieces, cut the chili peppers into sections, and chop the garlic cloves and set aside

  2. Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp vinegar + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a little salt, mix well and set aside

  3. Add the minced garlic and chili pepper to the pot and stir-fry

  4. Pour in cabbage and stir-fry over high heat

  5. Pour the prepared sauce into the cabbage and quickly stir-fry evenly

  6. Stir-fry the cabbage until soft and ready to serve

  7. Finished product
