Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients (the cabbage can be replaced with Chinese cabbage or cabbage)
-
Wash the cabbage and cut the hard parts of the cabbage crosswise
-
Soaking mushrooms and fungus is easier with hot water
-
Mince the pork, mushrooms, fungus, and harder cabbage (although I have a chef’s machine at home, the minced meat still tastes delicious)
-
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oil, pepper and salt, wear disposable gloves and mix well. Marinate for a while to make the meat filling more flavorful
-
Put water in the pot, add a little oil and salt, bring the water to a boil; then put the cabbage leaves in and cook for a while. Remove and drain the water and set aside
-
Spread the vegetable leaves flat, put the meat stuffing on them, gather the vegetable leaves on both sides into a small roll, and do it one by one in the same way.
-
Rolled cabbage rolls; put the wrapped cabbage rolls into a steamer over water and steam for about 15 minutes. A lot of water will come out of the steamed cabbage rolls
-
In another pot, put some cooking oil, add minced garlic and sauté over low heat; then pour in the water used to steam the cabbage, add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, cook it into a thick sauce and add a little chopped green onion
-
Pour the gravy over the cabbage rolls
