Cut off the tips of chicken feet first, then soak them in cold water for an hour and then wash them

Boil water in a pot and blanch the chicken feet to remove odor and impurities

Rinse the blanched chicken feet with cold water, drain and set aside

Prepare pepper, aniseed, onion, ginger and garlic and cut into small pieces

Heat the oil in the pot, add the peppercorns and aniseed and fry until fragrant

Add the onion, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant

Add fresh soy sauce, cooking wine and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add the chicken feet and stir-fry quickly over high heat so that each chicken foot is evenly coated with the sauce

Fill in an appropriate amount of water and start stewing the chicken feet

Simmer for about 25 minutes until the soup is thickened and almost reduced

The stewed lucky chicken feet are placed on a plate and decorated with lettuce and flowers
