Brown Wheat Sandwich
Overview
My family loves bread and makes it almost every week. My husband likes toast, but I like a sandwich that tastes better, with whatever ingredients I like, and plenty of ingredients. Paired with a glass of homemade mixed fruit and vegetable juice, vegetable and nut salad, you will be full of energy throughout the day after eating.
