My favorite thing in baking is pie. I like all kinds of pies, pumpkin pie or purple potato pie. Once I eat it, I am addicted. My baby also likes it the most. I actively ask my mother to make purple potato pie. It is soft and glutinous. Hold it in your mouth and slowly taste it. The taste~~~~

Prepare all the ingredients, cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature.

Knead the butter, powdered sugar and flour into crumbs.

Add two more egg yolks and stir.

Form a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a 5mm sheet, place it in the pie mold, and press the edges and bottom with your hands.

Then use a fork to poke some small holes in the bottom of the crust to prevent the pie crust from expanding and deforming due to heat.

Peel the cooked purple potatoes and puree them.

Add the ingredients in B and mix into purple sweet potato filling.

Pour the filling into the pie mold until it is 80% full.
