-
Ingredients: 1000g steak.
-
First clean the steak, remove the blood and drain the water.
-
Prepare red wine, ginger slices, chive knots, and package the spices together with a seasoning.
-
Heat appropriate amount of oil in the pan and add steak.
-
Stir-fry until the surface of the steak is golden brown and the meat is firm.
-
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until coloured.
-
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water from the side of the pot, add ginger slices, chive knots and spice packets, and boil again (you don’t need too much water, just cover 2/3 of the steak or just cover the steak)
-
After boiling, transfer to a casserole and add red wine.
-
Cover, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour, add salt, turn over high heat and reduce the sauce until thick.
-
After the steak is braised, a little bit of soup remains. It is delicious whether served with the steak or mixed with rice.
