  1. Prepare two potatoes

  2. Peel and cut into pieces and set aside

  3. 500g duck meat

  4. Wash and chop into small pieces

  5. Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices and duck meat and cook for 10 minutes

  7. Add oil to the pot and sauté two minced garlic until fragrant
