  1. Prepare 50 peppercorns, fry them in a hot pan with cold oil until they change color slightly.

  6. Heat up 60% of the oil and fry the minced meat until it changes color and serve.

  7. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the Pixian bean paste, chili noodles, and thick peppercorns until red oil comes out.

  8. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add tofu, minced meat, add water, bring to a boil over high heat and reduce the juice.
