Wash the pork belly and put it in a pot with water to boil, then cook for about a quarter of an hour, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Cut the pork belly into slices, add a little cooking oil to a pot and fry over low heat until the oil is released.

Tear the washed cabbage into large chunks and add to the pot.

Stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked through, add garlic and continue to stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes translucent and shiny. Add a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pan and plate.
