Peel the prawns, leaving only the tail, pick out the back line, then marinate with a mixture of cooking wine, pepper, ginger powder, chicken powder, salt and sugar for 15 minutes

Cut the marinated shrimps open with a knife without breaking them

Place bread crumbs, cornstarch, and egg liquid in different containers

Dip the shrimps first into cornstarch, then into egg liquid, and finally into bread crumbs

Dip the shrimps in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown

Remove from pot and plate
